How do you like the Barbell Medicine template so far? I have thought about using it in the past, just haven't pulled the trigger.

I've been enjoying them. When I was dealing with health issues earlier this year, the Low-Fatigue Template was just the thing for me to "unplug my brain" and also not grind myself into dust.

Biggest hurdle for me on their templates is the GPP. They don't dictate that you do it on separate days, but I chose to do so. That takes their "3 day" templates to 6 days for me.
