LRB 365: 100 Reps. Week 4. Squat

Squat -

Cable Rows - 2 sets of 50

Lunges - BWX60, 40

Everything went pretty well. 

Squats still moving just fine, even with little rest between sets.

Was a little gassed when I got to rows, and broke into two sets.

Managed to hit 60 lunges, and then finish out in only 2 sets.
