LRB 365: 100 Reps. Week 3. Accessory

Face-pulls, rope extensions, rope hammer curls - 1 set of 100 each

Treadmill - 8 sprint interval, 5 minutes jogging

All good.  Glad I dropped back to the 30s instead of trying to keep pushing the 35s.  These sets felt much higher quality.
