Texas Method Team Training. Week 1. Recovery Day

BW - 224

Squat - 225X5, 5

Pushups - BWX22, 22

Chins - BWX5, 5, 5, 3

Got challenged to a 22 pushups for 22 days thing for vets.  Didn't see the need to do press recovery in that instance.
