Vacation Prep. Week 3. Leg Accessory

Bulgarian Split Squats -
35X20, 12
BWX18

Single-Leg Curls - X20, 12, 12

Treadmill - Intervals; 10 minutes

Got in and out at the office gym.  Split squats were much harder than I expected given that I usually squat prior to doing them.
