LRB 365: Big-15. Phase 1. Week 6. Arms

BW - 204* (office gym)

DB Curls - 30sX10, 10, 10, 10, 10
super-set with
DB Overhead Extension - 45X10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Ab Wheel - X14, 14, 14, 10

The two benches at the office gym were occupado, so I couldn't do the incline curls or the PJRs.  No biggie, just busted out some similar standing work.

Remembered there's an ab wheel there this time, too.
