Top set on Squat was only a tad stronger this week if at all, but the back-offs were much easier at the same weight as last week.

Close-Grip top set was about the same as last week.  I reduced weight a touch on the back-offs and they flew compared to last week.

Deficit pulls were much stronger than last week across the board, as were Tempo GHRs.

Everything felt pretty good this session except the session took almost 2 hours.  Some of that was socializing.

Close Grips started to feel very good after the first back-off set.

Top set of Deficits was WAY easier conditioning/fatigue wise than it's been in the first 3 weeks.  I've been pretty gassed by the time I finished that set, previously.

Mis-loaded my back-offs on CG Bench.  Kept thinking "damn, why is 170 so heavy after 185 felt so solid?!"

DOMS mostly receded from last week, and was able to get in a solid-ish session.  Strength levels still way off, but just trying to cruise and only take what's definitely available on the day.

Was out of the gym for 10 days after contracting Covid.  Between that and still being focused on reversing my Diabetes diagnosis, I decided to out-source my programming.

I've been a long-time follower of the Barbell Medicine crew and their content, and thought their new-ish, Low Fatigue program might be just the thing.

After 10 days off, this session was pretty hard, and I was very tired at the end.  It's a lower average RPE, and and only a few total work reps more than what I was doing pre-COVID, but is 50% more work sets.  Hopefully, my conditioning etc. bounces back / catches up fairly quickly.

The tempo GHRs with a hold under tension at the top are new to me.  The hold is MUCH more challenging than I expected.
