BW - 202 (away gym scale)

DB Incline Curls - 30sX15, 15, 15, 10, 12 (higher incline on last rep)
super-set with -
PJR Pullovers - 45X15, 15, 15, 15, 15

Worked out at the office gym.  They've actually got an ab wheel I think, but I totally forgot to use it.
