Very nice little session.  Subjective measures of difficulty (sRPE) have steadily declined all week while ~objective training stress (setsXrepsXRPE) has remained about the same.  So I'll go ahead and start selectively bumping volume and intensity next week.

Almost skipped this session because of schedule.  But also maybe a sign that overall stress (life, gym, etc.) is starting to get a bit much, and may need to look at a pivot.

If things are going well on Monday, I could try to chip my lifetime Press PR, and then pivot to the next thing.

No Biceps DOMS because of programming change + using my preferred Chin Up station resulted in a much better all around performance this week.

Gym was busy and didn't have a good spot to do Copenhagens, so just jumped on the Adductor machine.

Lower stress movements/session all around.  Didn't plan for that, but am also fine with it.

Feeling run down and beat up most of the week, and have a lot going on over the weekend, so decided to do an ad hoc pivot session.  I actually felt pretty good most of the day and was tempted to just do my regular training, but decided to stick with the plan.  

Interestingly, the RTS Stress app reads this as MORE stress than what I usually do.
